
Tomato Bruschetta
Tomato bruschetta with french bread crostinis

Ingredients
Total Servings: 4
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Black Pepper
- 2 ounce Olive Oil
- 3 ounce White Wine (Chablis Preferred)
- 2 ounce Shaved Parmesan
- 2 ounce Fresh Julienned Basil
- 1 ounce Loaf French Bread
- 1 fluid ounce Balsamic Glaze
Steps
- Chop tomatoes into 1/4" squares and place in mixing bowl
- Add minced garlic and gently combine with tomatoes
- Add oil, salt, pepper, and wine. Mix well
- Let mixture sit in mixing bowl for 30 minutes to fully absorb flavor
- While mix is marinating, slice french bread into 16-20 even slices
- Lightly brush bread slices with olive oil and place in pre-heated 300° oven for 10 minutes
- To serve; use a slotted spoon to scoop bruschetta into serving bowl to remove most liquid
- Top the bruschetta with parmesan cheese and drizzle balsamic glaze across bread and bruschetta
- Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy
